- •Pre-existing materials and tools remain our property
- •Third-party licenses and assets are subject to their respective terms
Prohibited Actions
You may not:
- •Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
- •Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
- •Remove copyright or proprietary notices
- •Use our branding or trademarks without authorization
Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to display completed client work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
User Content & Conduct

- •Invoices are payable within the timeframe specified (usually 7-14 days)
- •Late payments may incur additional fees or service suspension

- •Credit/Debit cards (via payment gateway)

- •Cryptocurrency (for select services)
Refund Policy
- •Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- •Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced
- •Unused portions of prepaid services may be refundable
- •Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment
Price Changes
- •We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- •Existing contracts are honored at agreed-upon rates
- •Additional work beyond scope may incur extra charges

Prohibited Activities
When using our services, you agree NOT to engage in any of the following activities:

- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Violate any local, state, national, or international law
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
Security Violations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Distribute viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
Content Violations
- Upload offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Impersonate any person or entity
Commercial Misuse
- Use our services for spam or unsolicited communications
